Dust concentration monitor
Where other technologies fail, the FW100 Ex from SICK MAIHAK comes into its own! Thanks to the scattered-light measurement integrated in its probe, the FW100 can measure even minimal dust concentration levels precisely independent of the gas velocity. No mechanical adjustments or calibration to a dust-free measuring path are necessary.

Its version with pressurized housing (device version FW101) suits for hazardous areas zone 1 and 2 and with dust-proof housing for hazardous areas zone 22.
Applications
Monitoring hose filter systems or workplace monitoring in hazardous areas (Ex zones) 1, 2 and 22.
