At the FLOWSIC100 Flare devices the ultrasonic transducer is embedded in a flow optimized probe. The unique design reduces flow noise and signal drift to a minimum. Therefore, the FLOWSIC100 Flare devices suits excellent for measurements at very high gas velocities, and gives stable and reliable measurements.
The ultrasonic transducers of the FLOWSIC100 EX-PR are mounted on a measuring probe. Therefore, it can be installed with a single flange from one side only. The standard version contains a measuring probe and a MCU control unit. The MCU is used for input and output of signals, for calculation of reference values (standardization), molecular weight, mass flow or gas volume as well as for comfortable handling via LC-display.
