The MaihakPULS400 measures levels continuously ans contact-free with an innovative radar technology. This modern level monitor from SICK MAIHAK is optimized for measurement of bulk materials. It measures levels precise and reliable also on high dust loads in the bin. In extremely harsh measurment environments a connceted purge air unit provides "free sight" for the radar antenna. Nearly all bulk materials can be measured with the MaihakPULS400. There are no limitations as for other radar devices which are not specialized for bulk materials.

The high dynamic range enables the MaihakPULS400 for measurement of heavy-weight bulding materials up to fine powders with only one device.
It can be used in building industry for measurement of cement, clinker, sand, gravel and pebbles as well as in food intustry to measure flour, powdered milk, sugar, cereals or others. Additional fields of applications can be found in power industry, plastic processing industries, glass and ceramics industry or metallurgy.
